This workshop explore an active yet slow yoga for adults while creating a vibrant opportunity for people of all experience levels to develop physical awareness, strength, flexibility, mental focus, relaxation, and patience. The instructor combines Hatha Yoga, anatomy, breathing techniques, with moves that heal and release tight muscles and assists with proper alignment and safety. There will be poses/exercises on the mat, on hands and knees for strength building, standing poses for balance, and deep relaxation in savasana at the end of class.
