In this introduction to Seasonal Gardening: Food to Natural Remedies we’ll explore how the foods grown in our garden help us maintain our health and vitality. We will review a seasonal garden calendar while we learn the basics of gardening. Throughout the course we will review both culinary & medicinal recipes made with herbs, flowers and vegetables unique to the various seasons.
