This Week’s Game: Poker - Texas Hold ‘Em: Learn how to play this popular version of poker while also learning some valuable non-verbal communication skills!
Expand your knowledge while having a blast as we review and play a range of games from classic card games to new age couch co-ops! Through these gaming experiences we’ll expand our knowledge as we build collaboration, team work, communication, relationship, and critical thinking skills.
The class will periodically stop some games (Game-Off!) to discuss strategy and give feedback to aid in personal growth and skill development before picking up where the games left off (Game-On!). Upon completion of the class, students will be able to play new games, have expanded academic knowledge, and have additional personal tools to aid in communication and problem solving.
If you did not enroll in this class during registration, please contact Ilana De Laney to RSVP.
