Start your Sunday with a healthy family activity. Stretch, strengthen, and practice slow, deep breathing in our yoga class created for families. Designed for kids age 6 and up. Learning mindfulness, building strength and gaining flexibility has a profound effect on our health and wellness. For youth it can enhance focus and learning while releasing some of that energy! For adults, it helps us gain patience while rejuvenating and energizing our body!
