Participants can attend both or one.  The first part of the workshop will mostly focus on parental first aid. Both instructor’s children will participate (Daughter 7, & son 9 month).

The second part of the class will immediately follow around 4:00PM. We review basic CPR; go over when, how, and why we do CPR; and review basic first aid. How to recognize, treat, and act when someone is having a heart attack, stroke, seizures, short of breath, bleeding, etc. Questions are welcome even those that are not in the workshop presentation.
