With long hours behind the computer and more sedentary jobs than ever, it’s important to understand how to effectively and efficiently manage your posture for a healthy lifestyle. Join Physical Therapist Dr. Matthew Perry (PT, DPT) as we discuss the benefits of healthy posture, how to set-up a safe work station and practice some exercises to relieve pain and increase core strength.
