Cheers to healthy living! This 90 minute interactive how-to workshop includes an exploration of the benefits of this probiotic fermented tea and what you will need to get started. This is a comprehensive show-and –tell on how to brew your own super tea, including 2nd fermentation, a tasting of various flavored Kombucha along with time for Q & A. Finally, a take home starter SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria & yeast) and starter Kombucha. Please bring a glass container with top to house your

Deanna Padilla is an experienced yoga teacher who started her career as a dancer. She has been teaching yoga, sound immersion, kombucha making and mindful knitting at Campus of Life, at her studio and all around San Diego. Her classes are multi-level, with an emphasis on the importance of alignment, breath work, mindfulness, and self-healing. Modifications to postures are offered, along with more advanced options, so that students can practice at their own pace, and focus within on the deeper needs of the spirit. Her heartfelt desire for her students is that they leave her class feeling more joyful, more peaceful, and more self-aware.
