Instructor: Chef Carole Jensen

Prerequisite:  None

October session: Fresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls: Learn how to wrap translucent rice-paper with a variety of fresh veggies and edible flowers.  We will also prepare several flavorful dipping sauces and enjoy an exotic fruit platter. December session:  Inspired by Yotam Ottolenghi:  Carole’s jeweled Basmati Rice Yotam’s recipes are bright, fresh, seasonal and full of flavor. 

Learn how to make this multilayered blend of herbs, spices and umami-filled game changers. Carole Jensen has eclectic knowledge and experiences. She is a certified Chef (Cordon bleu, Peter Kump NYC, Marcella Hazan Italy), an educator (M.Ed), curriculum writer (Sage Garden Project), and outdoor classroom specialist and continues to complete doctoral work in the field of literacy. She is a classically trained piano teacher and enjoys all water sports, sailing, golf, and hiking, and caring for their new puppy Tallulah.
