From Farm to Table 2 with Cordon Bleu Chef

Have you ever wondered what it actually means when you hear about ‘Farm to Table cuisine”?  Chef Carole from Lovin’ Spoonful’s Cooking School for Foodies and Kids will teach this ‘hand’s on class’ honing your chopping skills and learning about how to create fresh, seasonal, local and amazingly yummy food. It will include Asian Salad with fried wontons and rice, smoked salmon with wild rice and risotto, frozen chocolate mud and more.

Carole Jensen has eclectic knowledges and experiences. She is a certified Chef, an educator, and doctoral student at Walden University. Carole, who has a Master’s Degree in Education from Ambleside, England, Cordon Bleu Cooking School training in Italy and NY; is also a classically trained piano teacher. Carole enjoys all water sports, sailing, golf, and hiking and is…of course is a fabulous cook!
