Jenny Tekel, avid student and long-time resident at Campus of Life will be leading an uplifting, gentle workout to invigorate the body and prepare your mind for the week ahead. This beginner-friendly program focuses on building long, lean muscle through lightweight resistance exercises & practical bodyweight movements. At the conclusion of each class participants will experience the power of Positive Affirmations which can lead to improved self – worth & confidence at work or home.
