This final week of the Whole Foods & Plant Based Cooking course will feature Deanna Padilla as she shares everything you need to know about Kombucha! You’ll learn how to make this awesome probiotic beverage and leave with your own starter SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria & Yeast) and starter Kombucha.
Whether you are looking to adopt a plant-based lifestyle or to incorporate more nutritionally-sound meals into your routine, this course will inspire and empower you to live a healthier life. We will examine the fundamentals of plant-based food nutrition and help you cook a few delicious simple meals to enhance health, energy, and longevity. Some of our sessions may include hors d'oeuvres, desserts, Kombucha Crafting, and slow cooker dishes.
