This slower-paced, alignment focused class builds the foundation for a Vinyasa flow yoga practice. By bringing awareness to the subtler details of Sun Salutations and various standing and seated postures, this class offers the new yoga practitioner the space to learn and grow, and the advanced practitioner the opportunity to refine and get deeper into the poses.
This class will build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
