This is not as much about learning what to eat as it is about creating a nourished lifestyle that is the cornerstone of disease prevention and optimal well-being. This course will focus on: Understanding the right combination of nutrients for your individual needs, how the right kind of carbohydrates, fat and proteins each fuel the body, the importance of a healthy gut microbiome and its effect on brain, mood and immune health, how to reduce inflammation and dis-ease, the truth about fad diets and more.
