This six-week course will get you back in touch with what ‘real’ food is and why it is important. This is not as much about learning what to eat as it is about creating a nourished lifestyle that is the cornerstone of disease prevention and optimal well-being. This course will focus on: Understanding the right combination of nutrients for your individual needs, how the right kind of carbohydrates, fat and proteins each fuel the body, the importance of a healthy gut microbiome and its effect on brain, mood and immune health, how to reduce inflammation and dis-ease, the truth about fad diets and more.

If you did not enroll in this class during registration, please contact Ilana De Laney to RSVP.
