This course (90-minutes weekly) is designed to help you understand the essence of mindfulness and compassion practices and to incorporate them into your daily life. In a step-by-step process, you will discover the nuts and bolts of mindfulness through informal practices and formal meditations.

This may be a good foundation to participate in the more comprehensive 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction programs offered at the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness. This is a continuation course from last semester; however, new students are also welcome.

If you did not enroll in this class during registration, please contact Ilana De Laney to RSVP.
