Theme: Cooking with Miso

Explore the benefits of fermented soy bean paste known as miso. We will demonstrate 3 recipes (Grilled eggplant, marinated chicken & miso broth) to incorporate in your daily life. Kids will be involved with assisting in some of the cooking process. Everyone will be able to sample these yummy dishes.

This amazing all-ages crafts workshop is a great way for the youth and community to connect through arts and crafts. Each session will feature craft creations and topic exploration for a specific theme (e.g. Community and Friendship featuring related crafts). All ages are welcome.
