Chef Carole from Lovin’ Spoonful’s Cooking School for Foodies and Kids will teach this ‘hand’s on class’ honing your chopping skills and learning about how to create fresh, seasonal, local and amazingly yummy food. It will include super power salad, winter soup, Buddha Bowl and much more.
