As we age our body has a way of adjusting to minor pains & old injuries we collect along our journey. This, often times creates over-compensation or poor movement habits along the way. In this series, we are going to explore various muscle groups in our bodies and better understand what they do, starting from the feet, and working our way up the chain to our shoulders & neck. Join Dr. Matthew Perry & Kevin Grayson as we practice some basic exercises to strengthen muscles & support the joints of our knees and ankles for functional movement in everyday life. Please wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to move for this monthly learning activity.
