Cheers to healthy living! This 90-minute, interactive workshop includes an exploration of ancient Chinese drink, Kombucha! Committed to natural living, Deanna Padilla will demonstrate how to make this fermented tea and provide the supplies to start yourself. A comprehensive show-and-tell on how to brew your own super tea, including 2nd fermentation; A tasting of various flavored Kombuchas, along with time for Q&A. Finally, a take home a starter SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria & Yeast) and starter Kombucha of your own. Please bring a glass container with top to house your SCOBY!
