This workshop is on the basic ingredients, processes and flavors that go into some of your favorite beers sourced from around the world. The workshop is designed for adults (21+) who want to explore their senses and better understand the history, science and diversity of beer. This month we will highlight beers made from wheat. From the German Hefeweizen to the fruity Belgian Witbier brewed with coriander, wheat beers are ideal for the warm days of summer. Come taste the differences of the American & European style, in this tasting led by former professional brewer, Caleb DeBoie.
