Explore with your senses the magical world of wine making! Every other month, James Hardy will lead us to a different wine making region of the world, uncovering its unique history and terroir. Participants will learn the traditional wine making styles along with the most common grape & wine varieties from that Month’s selected region. December, we will talk about the bubbly! Champagne and other sparkling wines will be discussed. Come explore how to taste and evaluate Wine’s characteristics while strengthening community connection around one of the world’s most beloved drinks.
