Prerequisite or Suggestions: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Mats,
blocks/props will be provided. Wind down and destress after a busy day with Vinyasa flow yoga. This practice utilizes a sequence of carefully chosen poses to enhance strength, flexibility and balance. With the guidance of multidisciplinary Yoga instructor Deanna Padilla, students will learn how to calm the mind, nurture and strengthen the body, and refresh the spirit. This one-hour practice will have an emphasis on precise body alignment to allow advanced students to deepen and refine their practice and for beginners to learn the foundations of a yoga flow practice. All levels welcome!
