Learn how spices and flowers can be transformed into an artist's palette, full of scents and textures that stimulate all the senses. Carole Jensen has eclectic knowledge and experience. She is a certified Chef (Cordon bleu, Peter Kump NYC, Marcella Hazan Italy), an educator (M.Ed), curriculum writer, outdoor classroom specialist and continues to complete doctoral work in the field of literacy.
She is a classically trained piano teacher and enjoys all water sports, sailing, golf, and hiking, and caring for their new puppy Tallulah. “I am so drawn to the Campus of Life and its mission to promote lifelong learning. It is an honor to participate, inspire and grow alongside this wonderful community and I am excited to share my expertise, perspective, and passion”
