Explore how to cultivate a practice that incorporates fundamental movement originated from dance, flow arts, and martial arts. You will learn how to create a routine that works for you while increasing strength, agility, and endurance. Nick Heyming is a graduate of the University of Southern CA and recently received a Master in Education that includes physical education. Nick has been teaching History, Gardening, and Martial Arts courses at COL and around San Diego
