Our theme this month is "America the Beautiful".  In honor of Earth Day, we'll be diving into some the natural beauty and resources that grace this lovely country.  In addition to paintings and photography, we'll also learn about conservation, environmental movements, and the surprising stories behind modern agriculture and the organic movement. Join us for a wonderful program using art, film and more to explore our country,

Nick Heyming has been a lifelong amateur anthropologist.  He's traveled the world, visiting ancient and modern ruins on 4 continents as a disaster relief worker and international aid volunteer.  He is a graduate of University of Southern California, currently pursuing his Master’s in Education, and has been teaching courses on ethnobotany, history, martial arts, permaculture, community- living, and applied anthropology.
