Science proves that a regular meditation practice can calm the mind and create a quiet awareness that brings us to our true selves. Explore a short 30 -minute meditation practice that will begin the introduction on the topic and continue with a various guided meditation to settle the mind. Join us in comfortable street clothes and in a comfortable seat - on a mat, on a cushion, on your couch, or in a chair; nothing fancy is required to meditate and no prior experience is necessary.
