Science proves that a regular meditation practice can calm the mind and create a quiet awareness that brings us to our true selves. Explore a short 30-minute meditation practice that will begin with gentle stretching to help settle the body and continue with a guided meditation to settle the mind.

In this course you will explore the essence of a meditation practice and how to incorporate it into your daily life. Join us in comfortable street clothes and in a comfortable seat - on a mat, on a cushion, on your couch, or in a chair; nothing fancy is required to meditate and no prior experience is necessary.  

Beth Hogan, a certified Yoga, meditation and Pilates instructor is an experienced educator and teacher. After years of experiencing the life-changing benefits of yoga, she left her job in corporate training to pursue a career in yoga and fitness. Beth taught fitness including advanced training in teaching yoga and meditation in military communities through Warriors at Ease and continues to teach Pilates and yoga throughout San Diego.
