We all tend to believe that it is hard work to be healthy.

Actually it is simple.

Explore how easy it is to apply science based lifestyle protocols that will boost your biological and mental health. 

Sleep - We will learn simple protocols that will make you sleep a lot better.

Eat - Science based simple lifestyle nutrition protocols which will help you be more mindful about what you eat and use food as a health booster, not as a micro-addiction satisfaction vehicle. 

Body - We will also delve into how to strengthen your body - your neurological, anatomical and molecular pathways in the body, so you can use them to get superpowers - physical and mental. 

Barak Rigbi defines himself as a “curious optimist” and "a lifelong learner." When he takes a new subject to learn he dives deep into it, listening, watching and participating in everything can be found on this subject. Biology, especially human biology, is a passion Barak learns for 30 years.  It’s about time to share with the world his insights, which may change your life as it changed his. For good.
