In this course we will identify significant events or concepts that contributed to the development of the United States. Some of the topics we will delve into: Civil rights and Martin Luther King Jr., the Presidency and the Constitution, Women’s rights and more.

We will discuss historical transformations and use vocabulary common to history and to be able to explain the historical developments of the American society up to our time.
