Beth Hogan, a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor is an experienced educator and teacher. After years of experiencing the life-changing benefits of yoga, she left her job in corporate training to pursue a career in yoga and fitness. Beth has a vast experience in group fitness including advanced training in teaching yoga and meditation in military communities through Warriors at Ease.
