Let’s get moving! It is time to get off the couch, away from the news, and off the internet! In this bi-weekly class, we will explore how to develop a strength and stretch routine and explain why this practice is important.
We will also learn how to focus on small movements of high repetition to intentionally tone muscles surrounding your joints while the stretching will lengthen your body. Maria Baird is a co-owner of the American School of Martial Arts in Burbank. She has been an instructor of martial arts for the past 34 years.
