Join us and learn how to make many easy meals using your electric pressure cooker, quick easy and on budget. You will explore why pressure cooker works as it does, the nutrition benefits, create meals you can do at home, taste it and “take home surprise” after most sessions. Sandy Eriks has been a passionate cook for many years she has studied at Cordon Blu in Paris and under Paul Prudhomme in New Orleans.

She is currently studying at the Culinary Institute of America. Sandy, a retired physician, is excited to be able to bring to Campus of Life her love of quick, easy, healthy, and cost effective cooking. All lessons will focus on the electric pressure cooker.  *Extra practice may be included
