Art of Brewing

The art of brewing is all about understanding what makes beer so delicious. We’ll learn the ins and outs of the brewing process including what techniques are used to make which types of beers. We’ll also do touring of local microbrews to better understand local culture and techniques and what makes beer so popular in sunny san diego.
