In this weeks class we’re going to be learning Slow Cooking recipes for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner! Great way to make your life easier!
Whether you are looking to adopt a plant-based lifestyle or to incorporate more nutritionally-sound meals into your routine, this course will inspire and empower you to live a healthier life. We will examine the fundamentals of plant-based food nutrition and help you cook a few delicious simple meals to enhance health, energy, and longevity. Some of our sessions may include hors d'oeuvres, desserts, Kombucha Crafting, and slow cooker dishes.
