Introducing a new fitness class with 6-time Muy Thai Fighting Champion, Roma Lysenko. In this class we will train like fighters, learning to throw a punch and kick (no contact) while working on the stamina of our cardiovascular system. This requires a moderate level of fitness and is a great class for those who are looking to supplement their current training and learn more about mixed martial arts (MMA). We will use lightweights and be outdoors, please wear appropriate athletic clothing.
