Get moving and feel great from the start of your day. In this bi-weekly class we will explore how to develop a strength and stretch routine and explain why this practice is important. We will also focus on small movements of high repetition to intentionally tone muscles surrounding your joints while the stretching will lengthen your body.

Maria Baird is a co-owner of the American School of Martial Arts in Burbank. She has been an instructor of martial arts for the past 34 years. Integrated Yoga and Pilates Maria Baird is a co-owner of the American School of Martial Arts. Maria is an experienced teacher who has been an instructor of martial arts in various locations in the US.
