Ancient Roots, Modern Rise is a 6-week program (90 minutes weekly) which serves as an introduction to the art of yoga and how to bring wellness to modern life daily. By the end of this course, participants will have an understanding of yoga's ancient roots; will be familiar with basic yoga postures and breathing techniques, and will be able to develop a home practice that addresses specific physical, mental, and emotional goals.
