This six week program, offered in January & February, will get you back in touch with what ‘real’ food is and why it is important to our bodies. This is not as much about learning what to eat as it is about creating a nourishing lifestyle that is the cornerstone of disease prevention and nutritional well-being. Amy Saloner Nurional Therapist & Licensed Social Care Worker is the CEO of Station Co-Lab a non-profit organization who imparts young adults with life skills.
