Science proves that a regular meditation practice can calm the mind and create a quiet awareness that brings us to our true selves. Join us for a meditation practice that will explore building healthier relationships with feelings and thoughts; experience guided meditation for new beginnings and practice and how to incorporate them into your daily life.  No prior experience is necessary. 

A certified Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and Plant-Based Nutrition instructor, Beth Hogan is an experienced educator and teacher. After years of working out and experiencing the life-changing benefits of a regular fitness regimen, Beth left her job in corporate training to pursue a career in teaching group fitness classes. Today she works with various groups including military personnel and people who struggle with weight issues.
