Wind down and destress after a busy day with Vinyasa flow Yoga. This practice utilizes a sequence of carefully chosen poses to enhance strength, flexibility and balance. With the guidance of former professional dancer & multidisciplinary wellness instructor Deanna Padilla, students will learn how to calm the mind, nurture & strengthen the body, and refresh the spirit. This one-hour practice will allow advanced students to deepen and refine their practice and for beginners to learn the foundations of a yoga flow practice. All levels welcome!
