Jenny Tekel, avid student and long-time resident at Campus of Life will be leading an uplifting, gentle workout to invigorate the body and prepare your mind for the week ahead. This beginner friendly program focuses on building long, lean muscle through lightweight resistance exercises & practical bodyweight movements. At the conclusion of each class participants will experience the power of Positive Affirmations which can lead to improved self – worth & confidence at work or home.
