Graceful Slow Yoga

Wednesdays / Jan 12&19; Feb 2&9; March 2&9: April 6&20; May 11&18; June 8&15

Prerequisite: None


In this class, you will explore how your body responds to a few sequences of postures and also the pauses between the poses. Each month will focus on a different theme. During this hour of movement, you will do some rigorous poses to build strength, a few standing poses to optimize your balance, and of course on-the-mat postures for deeper stretch and release.

EVERYTHING will be done with mindfulness. 

Terri Rucker has been teaching yoga for youth for more than 15 years. She has also taught in Chula Vista Elementary and Poway Unified School District. Along with her California Teaching Credential, she has Yoga, Pilates, and Mindfulness meditation teaching certificates.
