Join us for a Slow Yoga course to learn how to use PROPS (strap, block, chair and wall) to gain good posture, strengthen your muscles and deepen your yoga practice. Explore how you can find more GROUNDING, EASE, and POSTURE ALIGNMENT in your body which will result in RESILIENCE so you can bounce back in challenging times!
