Science proves that a regular meditation practice can calm the mind and create a quiet awareness that brings us to our true selves. Join and explore how to develop a stretch and meditation practice. No prior experience is necessary. 

Beth Hogan, a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor is an experienced educator and teacher. After years of experiencing the life-changing benefits of yoga, she left her job in corporate training to pursue a career in yoga and fitness. Beth has a vast experience in group fitness including advanced training in teaching yoga and meditation in military communities through Warriors at Ease.
