Whether you're looking for a healthy recipe for dinner, or you just want to make something fabulous, this cooking workshop is for you! In this class, Beth will show you, step-by-step, how to make her delicious vegetarian dish and expose you to its health benefits.

For example Hearts of Palm Cakes. Think crab cakes without the crabs. And the cashew-dill tartar sauce will definitely earn you a standing ovation, so be sure to join us! The recipe will be provided to all participants at the end of the class. Beth Hogan, a certified Yoga, Pilates and Plant Base Nutrition instructor, is an experienced educator. With a Bachelor of Arts in English and Education, and a Master of Business Administration degree, Beth has been teaching at Campus of Life from its first day. Beth holds a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and believes that food can prevent and reverse disease.
