Ch’I Kung (qi gong) is an ancient Chinese healing practice of combining gentle physical exercise, synchronization of one’s breathing pattern, and meditation. The Chinese believe that the human body is an energy system and that the purpose of this Ch’I Kung is to ensure that the flow of energy within the human body is continuous and harmonious or to restore this energy if its flow is disturbed. This practice was originated several thousand years ago through a collaboration of practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine, philosophers, and martial artists.

Join us and explore how to function more successfully by increasing your stores of energy and reducing stress. You most likely develop greater health, strength, flexibility, centering, and peace of mind.

Don Baird, 2009 Martial Art Masters Hall of Fame, has been training martial arts for nearly 60 years.
