Course Description:  Calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus to your day, week and month ahead. Beginners to practicing meditators will benefit from this class. Learn and create a personal Mantra or positive affirmation. A mantra is a word, phrase or sound repeated to aid concentration in meditation. This class will begin breath work and progress into guided mantra meditation. The sessions will be set to instrumental music.

Yvonne is grateful to be part of the faculty at The Campus of Life. She earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and Master of Education degree from Boston University. For over two decades, she has helped individuals of all ages conceptualize, prioritize and achieve their goals. In her spare time, she loves to participate in road races, play golf, and enjoy the theater and arts with family and friends.
